Join us for a discussion on cultural awareness and a global mindset. During this 90 minute webinar you will learn what a global mindset is, how valuable it is, and how to attain one through five simple steps! We'll take you through examples of how culture can impact your career and your work, and you'll learn how to adjust your style to accommodate different cultural situations.

Jorge Vargas

Managing Director of Global Business Development

Born in Peru and living in New York since he was a young child, Jorge brings a global perspective to RW3. Jorge, who has a strong background in Human Resources at multiple tech start ups, is using those skills to expand RW3's success. Jorge has an MBA from St. John's University and a BA from NYU, and he is fluent in Spanish, as well. He's also traveled throughout Europe and lived in Spain for several months.
