Budgeting - It's not Just for "Numbers" People

Does the thought of creating a budget for your program or event send you into a panic? Do you think budgeting is just for "numbers" people? Guess again........because budgeting really is just your best guess as to what you think will happen. You actually create budgets on a daily basis - do you plan out your daily tasks and identify how much time to dedicate to each task? Well, that is budgeting! So, don't be afraid of the numbers, and come join our interactive session where you can learn how to:

  • Identify methods used to create budgets.
  • Discuss components of a training or event budget.
  • Create a basic budget.
  • Explain budget variances.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued up to 10 days before an event, meeting, or webinar. We are unable to issue refunds later than that date. Refunds will not be issued when an all-inclusive member cannot attend an event. For more information regarding the refund policy, contact info@atdrmc.org.
